Steadicam
Steadicam footage is a more fluid, organic look, which many DP’s and cinematographers use for commercial and film projects. Steadicam is a refined skill that we not only specialize in, but for which we have the equipment. We pride ourselves in not only being able to balance a wide variety of camera systems on our steadicam, but also being able to offer clients ideas on movement of the camera to match the emotion being evoked in the film. Our team has put in the hours of practice and implementation to offer this as a combined service of operator and equipment.
Drone
In today's airspace drone operations are especially important to be done safely and legally. The Nobleman Team are 107 certified pilots with a variety of drones for different needs. We safely operate from both shore and sea. Our blend of technical expertise on operating drones and a background in cinematography offers our clients beautiful cinematic imagery from the air. Filming track races with Lamborghini, to sailboat races with the Transpac, we’ve operated in various locations for projects of all sizes.
Gimbal
Gimbal offers a wide variety of uses from commercial cinematography to hours of handheld video that mimics high production support systems like cranes and sliders. We started with gimbals early on when they hit the market, giving us years of experience in not only the movements, but also rigging them with various support equipment and camera systems. We have gimbals that support small camera systems for smaller productions or footprints as well as large gimbal systems that can support cinema cameras and lensing. In addition to that we have support equipment that will allow us to do car to car shooting, large drones and boat to boat.
Sony Camera Technician
We have an in-depth knowledge of the entire line of Sony cameras. Typical duties of a camera technician range from calibrating specific camera components to disassembling and repairing electrical and mechanical parts. Besides cleaning and checking operational status of camera and equipment parts, camera technicians may also be brought on to operate cameras during filming and adjust the angles, footage process and sometimes to instruct other camera operators on variables of filming and technical operation.
Camera Operator
Having worked on a variety of projects from documentary, corporate, commercial and narrative we have a wide gamut of camera operation experience. Each type of film requires a set of skills that match the content being created. In documentary we are able to narrow down support equipment, run audio and monitor it as well as work with talent directly. For corporate, commercial and narrative we are versed in all the support equipment used for achieving cinematic shots from sliders to dana dolly or jibs. We have also worked with a variety camera systems from Sony cinema cameras to Arri and Red.
